| Resumo: | This article contains some results of wider research carried out throughsurveys applied to middle school students in the public education system in thestate of Minas Gerais. The religious preferences and affiliations of these youngpeople was found from the indicators extracted from the research database, aswell as the affects of these on their values and beliefs. Restricted to generationalviewpoint, the data analyzed here could also contribute to sketching a currentpanorama of the trends now taking effect in the Brazilian religious field. It mayalso provide a sharper view upon youth studies in the intersection between“anthropology of religion” and the “anthropology of youth.” |
