| Summary: | Regarding the advancement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the changes that take place in society, new forms of flexibility in labor relations have spread. Among them, telework, in which the individual performs the activities working from home, maintaining the formal employment bond with the organization, stands out. In this regard, this article aims to investigate the viability of implementing telework public servers of the University Press of the Federal University of Paraíba (EDUFPB), from the analysis of the flow that begins with the receipt of the file sent by the author review. The results allowed to identify the possibilities of telework implementation.
