Descripción
Sumario:This article presents an analysis of the Observatório do Clima network in the light of the categories advocacy coalition, specifically broker. A conceptual-methodological  framework was mobilized based on the theoretical frameworks of the sociology of critical utopia on the climate issue and studies of socio-state interactions. Critical interpretive analysis was used as a methodological strategy. The result is the proposal of a new category, metacoalition, and two  complementary roles, producer (of knowledge) and monitor (of public policies), to Gurza  Lavalle and von Bülow’s (2014, 2015) conceptual framework. In addition, a new  agent is introduced to the analytical scenario as a structuring configuration element of the new two roles: the artificial climate agent.
