| Sumario: | This text discusses the results of the doctoral thesis by a cartography of solitude, which delineates the appearance of diffuse solitude and difficult apprehension in communication societies. The solitude and the themes that are close to him seem to be experienced in a different way than in the past. It is assumed that solitude is currently linked to the process of social fragmentation and to a new type of sociability associated with a greater impact of technical experience in our lives through the media and a new subjectivity. In the mediocratic regime of the already existing sense emerges a new form of subjectivation based on the uncertain individual, tired of having to be himself. In this sense, solitude, once seen as a type of liberation, is now being experienced as a depression. |
