Sumario:Introduction: Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) consists of a set of signs and symptoms involving the masticatory muscles, the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and associated structures. Objective: To identify the prevalence of signs and symptoms of TMD in the elderly. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional analytical descriptive study. The diagnosis was obtained by questionnaire from Cecagno Anamnesis. Results: The sample consisted of 40 subjects, where the presence of clicks it was shown in 20% and was notorious in the opening (87.5%) and closing the mouth (62.5%).
