Descripción
Sumario:The article uses the perspective of the fierce ideological conflict during the 2018 election to discuss the figure of the Democratic State of Law through a context, not of division and conflict, but of political unity around the very idea of conflict and the interpretation of the election as a war for power and for the future of the country. Tangentially, a brief critique is made of the increasingly common use of meta-juridical principles to determine the democratic character of a government, since the idea of democracy is umbilically connected to modern Constitutional Law. For this end, some concepts presented in Norberto Bobbio's The Ideologies and Power in crisis, together with other ideas from renowned authors, are used throughout the work.
