| Resumo: | For the last few years the process of tissue and organ donations have been gradually evolving, however, it is still observed that the number of effective organs notified donors is underwhelming and the potential notification showed in whole national territory. Some countries such as Spain, Portugal, United States and others, over the years, have been looking for improvement of their rate of effective donors. Under this scenario, Spain has excelled, changing from 14, 3 donors into a rate of 34 donors in 2010. The reality of this changing is related to organizational improvement the process of the transplant. Inside these changes, it is possible to emphasize the warranty quality program who has been allowed to National Organization of Transplants (NTO) to identify the factors that manipulated the loss of potential donors. The survey had as proposal to make feasible the implementation of this pattern in Brazil, making possible the development of the stages of this process in hospitals with potential donors. The main purpose of this survey is to translate into Portuguese, adapt and legitimize the quality model management of national organization of transplants from Spain into Brazilian reality. It was used in this survey the theoretical reference of Beton, who foresees the following stages: Translation; Abstract; Back translation; Review by experts committee; The pre-test; the examination of psycosometric properties. Four translators participated in phase of translation including the researcher; for the abstract, besides the translators and the researcher, participated two professionals who act in this program in Spain. The specialists’ committee consisted of ten professionals involved in the process of transplant in whole national territory. The pre-test stage was performed in three pilot hospitals in Santa Catarina. The checking of the psycosometric properties was performed by 24 hospital coordinators that assessed the reliability and stability of the tools. The validation of the content was performed by content validity index (CVI). For the analysis of the psycosometric properties, it was considered a level of significance of 5% and Kappa index over 0, 70 which is a strong concordance. The reliability of instruments of internal assessment tool was confirmed by Kappa average=0, 89, p=0,001 and an agreement=98, 73%. The reliability of the external assessment tool was considered appropriate to Kappa’s average of 0,83, p=0,0015 and a simple concordance of 97,88%. The stability in the internal assessment tool was confirmed into an Kappa’s average of 0,97, p=0,001 and a simple agreement of 97,9%. Into external stability of tool assessment, the Kappa’s average was 0,94 p=0,0012 and a simple agreement of 96,1%. With regard to the IVC, the average was 0,9 with the internal and external tools assessments. Therefore, it is considered the reported tools are adapted and legalized to be used by health institutes that performed the process of organ donations, as well as the authorities of the donation systems of our country. |
