Descripción
Sumario:Objective: to carry out a survey of recent scientific literature on nursing care on the main forms of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. Methodology: this is an integrative recent literature review, carried out in October 2022, according to the descriptors: Nursing Care; Cervical Neoplasms, HPV and MeSH: Nursing Care; Uterine Cervical Neoplasms; HPV. Which were combined with the boolean descriptor AND in the Scielo, BDENF and LILACS databases. Results: Through the search strategy, 208 publications were found in the databases, after applying the exclusion criteria filters, articles that do not correspond to the proposed theme and duplicates were excluded, thus 14 articles were included for analysis. Final considerations: We highlight that the importance of the nursing professional as a member of the multidisciplinary health team in the Family Health Strategy Program is perceptible, evidencing actions for prevention, screening and early diagnosis of cervical cancer. We showed that health education is extremely important for all women in the country.
