| Sumario: | This article aims to present reflections focused on the actions of PIBID, a public policy for initial teacher training. As methodological support, analyses of legal documents were carried out that directed the program's actions in the period from 2007 to 2020. The discussion is based on the contributions of Avritzer (2018), Ball and Maguire (2016), Campelo (2019), Penin (2001), Zeichner (2003; 2013), among others. The analysis denoted that the setbacks suffered in this policy in recent years, show a direction contrary to the democratic state and approaches the neoliberal logic. |
