| Sumario: | Hybrid Warfare is a conflict model used by the United States in the 21st century to invade and occupy countries considered enemies. Different territories are being affected by American Hybrid Warfare strategies, including the use of “color revolutions”, unconventional wars and “lawfare”. Thus, the objective of this discussion is to demonstrate how Brazil was affected between 2013 and 2018 by the actions of the American Hybrid War. The invasion was carried out through “color revolutions” (between 2013 and 2015), psychological operations by the mainstream media (especially by Grupo Globo outlets) and “lawfare” (whose expression was Operation Lava Jato). Both processes were fundamental in influencing the Brazilian political scene and changing the rules of the exploration of the Pre-Salt. To carry out the reflection, we use Andrew Korybko’s theory, as well as bibliographical research and the use of cyberspace. |
