description The article aims at discussing the philosophical and theoretical implications that Martin Heidegger's ontological reflection have exercised over post-structuralism, mainly that one received by political theory. To accomplish this objective, firstly, we present the notions of post-structuralism and post-foundationalism. After that, we carry out an exegetic exercise regarding Heidegger's notion of ground, by establishing the distinction between their epistemological and ontological effects. Then, we critically analyse the Heideggerian foundational reading elaborated by Marchart. In the last section, considering the radical Heideggerian foundation, we propose our approach on the political difference, having Heidegger's ontological difference as ground. This reading might be simplified in the following terms: there is no ground in Being, but being is grounded on itself.

Para lograr este objetivo, en primer lugar, presentamos las nociones de postestructuralismo y post-fundacionalismo. Después de eso, realizamos un ejercicio exegético sobre la noción de base de Heidegger, estableciendo la distinción entre sus efectos epistemológicos y ontológicos. Luego, analizamos críticamente la lectura fundacional heideggeriana elaborada por Marchart. En la sección anterior, considerando la fundación heideggeriana radical, proponemos nuestro enfoque sobre la diferencia política, teniendo como base la diferencia ontológica de Heidegger. Esta lectura podría simplificarse en los siguientes términos: no hay fundamento en el Ser, pero el ser está fundado en sí mismo.O objetivo deste artigo é discutir as implicações filosóficas e teóricas que a reflexão ontológica de Martin Heidegger exerceu sobre o pós-estruturalismo, principalmente aquele recepcionado pela teoria política. Para cumprir este objetivo, primeiramente, serão abordadas as noções de pós-estruturalismo e de pós-fundacionalismo. A seguir, realizaremos um exercício exegético da noção de fundamento de Heidegger, estabelecendo a distinção entre seus efeitos epistemológicos e ontológicos. Após, analisaremos criticamente a leitura fundacional heideggeriana de Oliver Marchart. Na última seção, a partir da radicalidade do fundamento heideggeriano, proporemos a nossa abordagem sobre a diferença política tendo a diferença ontológica de Heidegger como base.
