| Sumario: | This article presents theoretical-methodological articulations from the intersectional perspective to analyze professional reach negotiations of five journalism interns in Rio Grande do Sul, which are inscribed in the social markers of gender, race and class difference. With this in mind, we gleaned clues about female students' strategies for career advancement, which, in summary, hinge on the massive gaining of experience, taking extracurricular courses, and too much commitment to sustaining their skills.Such tactics for professional growth, we associate with the agency of femininity, which ultimately holds women's development back at the margins of professions and salaries. |
