| Sumario: | The Executive Secretariat is multi-task profession that adds several functions. This article talks about one of these functions: the organization of archives with an approach to the accounting area. This article is part of a period of training in an accounting office, where a problem with the current model of archive was observed. The importance of this research is related to some enterprises that do not organize their archives appropriately, affecting the quality of their products and services, resulting in losses. Thus, it was possible to reach the general target of the system, which is to analyze the archives of the office, in its current model, generating suggestions for improving the filing system. |
