Sumario:Thinking new outlets for old problems does not always require the emergence of a new theory. Exploring concrete actions under established concepts can bring out the potentials of these concepts, expand them or put them by land. Our intention is to demonstrate how the "notionof disobedience" can be associated with the Guarani-Kaiowá indigenous episode of the Charter in 2012, in Mato Grosso do Sul, in order to discuss the current power of this "notion". Addressing indigenous issues, which still face serious and major challenges after 30 years of the 1988 Federal Constitution, is a duty of a State that calls itself a Democratic Right and a citizen's constitution. Talking about other lifestyles is also [re] thinking of our models.
