Sumario:This dissertation presents an interpretative descriptive memorial about acting with a theatrical mask, retracing the author's artistic journey in three creative processes, aiming to identify and reflect on the scenic procedures adopted to create body mask. The research is guided by the review and expansion of knowledge about acting using this aesthetic object, contributing to knowledge about the art of actors and actresses in a state of representation with the theatrical mask. The investigation is fundamentally based on artistic documents (work diaries), referenced in the pedagogy and creative process of the mask developed by director Tiche Vianna, at Barracão Teatro (Campinas/SP), combined with exploratory bibliographic studies. Inspired by the cartography method, the narrative contemplates experiences arising from language learning and the author's experience in the creative processes of the shows Freguesia da Fênix (2005), Diário Baldio (2010) and A Vedete (2015).
