Descripción
Sumario:During the academic year 2021/2022, a cultural activity aimed at children was developed in the Degree of Social Education of the University of Murcia (Spain) within the framework of affective education and social skills in children, called "Educate emotions through the five senses" whose general objective was to educate emotional intelligence through adapted strategies so that children identify, recognize and express their emotions and feelings from language skills, communication and interaction with the environment and with others. To that end, the group of 20 children living in the First Reception and Half-stay Centre was invited to the University for 52 Social Education students to implement the intervention program they had developed in the subject of "Educational Action Programme for Children and Youth". The children lived the experience of attending university and working emotions with future professionals. This work relates the experience designed, implemented and evaluated in the classroom.
