Resumo:The objective of this study is to describe the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors, organizational support and the perception of well-being at work for employees of public organizations. For this, a quantitative research of type survey was carried out with 195 employees of prefectures. The analyzes confirmed the hypotheses of the influence of organizational support on the perception of citizenship and the influence of citizenship behaviors on welfare at work. It was also verified that organizational support is a mediator of the relationship between citizenship and well-being, reinforcing the interrelationship between subjective and organizational aspects for the emergence of citizenship actions in public organizations.
