Sumario:The written present looks to comprehend the inclusion of students with disability, starting from the projects of extension developed in the State Univesity of Ceará (UECE). Leaning on a qualitative approach, the study, of a documentary character, took as interstice the period of 2020-2022.  The investigation adopted as main reference the studies of Saviani (1984), Falcão, Menezes and França (2020), Santos and Falcão (2021), Vigotski (2021; 2022) and Freire (1985). The analysis took sight over seven projects of extension developed in UECE and revealed that the Universitary Extension in the referred institution, presents itself in the perspective of strengthening of a teacher training for the inclusion, in the development of the compensation of disability, allowing people with disabilities the acess to the cultural contents of humanity, and in dialogicity, being a space for speech of disabled people in respects to their reality.
