Descripción
Sumario:The purpose of this text is to present a reflection on religiosity, God and the Devil present in some parts of the Great Sertão: Veredas, from Guimarães Rosa. Aiming to reflect the presented questions, we adopted as a method, besides reading the work, consultations with diverse approaches, creating possibilities to understand it a little better. Grande Sertão: Veredas is a classic of Brazilian literature that from a rich combination of literary genres, brings to the fore "subconscious" of Brazil. A multiple reality, involving many factors, reveals a very expressive universe about religiosity, God and the Devil that emanate from the ideas of the man from the backlands. This one, who in the face of the intemperies of life, seeks incessantly explanations for the good and evil that he experiences in his daily life.
