| Resumo: | The research that underlies this article investigates the effectiveness of training courses in human rights and control of conventionality taught by ENFAM and Judicial Schools and to verify whether magistrates are applying the rules of human rights and carrying out the control of conventionality. The research presents results of a study on the sentences handed down in Campinas, from 2015 to 2019, verifying the approach or references made in these decisions about "human rights" and "control of conventionality". All the sentences handed down in 33 courts were verified. The results indicate that the judicial schools must expand, intensify and deepen their ethical, aesthetic and political training commitment to guarantee human dignity and human rights in the jurisdictional system. |
