Sumario:Accordingly, this study sought to track your research, to know the level of knowledge that gym goers have on the association between good nutrition and physical activity, aimed at good results. 100 (one hundred) quizzes were filled by students with at least one year of training and over 25 years of age, bewg fifty men and fifty women. The sum of all ten questions amounted to a final score of each student. Only four students were classified at level 2 of the table (21 to 40 points) giving "little or insufficient knowledge." The vast majority remained in the intermediate zone between the level 3 (41 to 60 points -considered average or reasonable knowledge) with 45 people, and level 4 (from 61 to 80 points -considered good or considerable knowledge) with 46 people. At least five people reached the level of knowledge 5 (maximum degree), considered "very good or great" getting between 81 and 100 points. We can see that 91% of respondents were between 41 and 80 points, which is not so bad, but it's not the ideal, especially when we found that only 24% of students have specialized nutritional counseling, or less than 1 / 4 of total surveyed. Become a need for greater provision of information about healthy eating combined with training, available in gyms and better student access to a nutritionist, or by means of consultations, lectures, exhibitions, etc.. In order to improve the current to become something close to desirable.
