| Sumario: | This paper aims to describe some practices of Téssera, UFPR’s Dance Company, and the way they create costumes for their shows. For this, we used extensive narrative interviews with one of the company’s choreographers, costumes pictures and literature research. As a result, it was revealed that Téssera understands the costume as an element of communication and character composition. Its main function is to be part of a composition and the creation process happens at the same time of the show’s production. |
