| Sumario: | This article aims to analyze the collective profile of Paraná's parliamentarians during the period of the bipartisanship (1965-1979), imposed by the military dictatorship through the AI-2. Regarding the parliamentarians (senators, federal representatives and state representatives) elected in 1966, 1970, 1974 and 1978, the main focuses of our analysis will be: a) the rate of renewal and reelection; b) the average age; c) the percentage of parliamentarians with and without a higher education degree; d) the main professional activity performed by the elected representatives; e) the places of residence/political base of the elected parliamentarians. |
