Sumario:The research is guided by the text of Eph 4:1-16. It then delves into the theme of diversity in the community of faith, which has as its identity the communion of people who are in constant interaction for the well-being of society. The author discusses the argument that the various services and ministries have as their fundamental characteristic unity in Christ. The effectiveness of this unity occurs in the experience of the testimony of a cohesive diversity. The bonds are based on the reality of this unity, understood as organic, living, relational and essential. The pericope in question reveals the responsibility of each element of this organic existence for the construction of the ἐκκλησία (ekklesía)
