Descripción
Sumario:The work aims to present an overview of the curriculum policies for the teaching of mathematics carried out in high school in the period from 2010 to 2019 in Brazil, since this teaching modality is the one with the lowest school performance indexes indicated by external evaluations. Bibliographic research enabled a state of the art approach with a qualitative approach. The results showed a concentration of productions on curricular policies for basic education, centered on elementary education, pointing to a lack of work in this area in high school. Although the productions showed the contribution and relevance of mathematics to education, it was noted the scarcity of productions that relate curriculum policies and the teaching of mathematics, especially in high school.
