It is relevant to understand the aspects that contribute to the construction of the bond during the puerperium, as it is a critical period for the development of attachment. The puerperium is initially lived inside the hospital, which offers the necessary specialized assistance, and can also develop actions that favor the mother-baby bond. Thus, the present study sought to investigate the factors that promote mother-baby bonding in the hospital. An integrative review of the literature was carried out, obtaining works from the following online databases: LILACS, Pubmed and Scielo. After the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 4 articles were included. After content analysis and data categorization, three classes were formed: first contact between mother-baby; breast-feeding and mother-baby bond; and setting in the maternity. The data found showed the importance of the hospital environment for the promotion of the bond between the dyad, as well as humanized actions aimed at this populationO vínculo mãe-bebê é caracterizado por abranger as dimensões das emoções, dos sentimentos e comportamentos. Este vínculo, quando construído de forma segura, poderá fornecer à criança um desenvolvimento biopsicoafetivo saudável. Torna-se relevante entender os aspectos que contribuem para a construção do vínculo durante o puerpério, pois o mesmo é um período crítico para o desenvolvimento do apego. O puerpério é vivido inicialmente dentro do hospital, o qual oferece a assistência especializada necessária, podendo também desenvolver ações que favoreçam o vínculo mãe-bebê. Dessa forma, o presente estudo buscou investigar os fatores promotores de vínculo mãebebê no hospital. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura, obtendo-se trabalhos das seguintes bases de dados online: LILACS, Pubmed e Scielo. Após os critérios de inclusão e exclusão, chegou-se ao total de 4 artigos. Após a análise de conteúdo e categorização dos dados, formaram-se três classes: primeiro contato entre mãe-bebê; aleitamento materno e vínculo mãe-bebê; e ambientação na maternidade.
