Sumario:Considering the events of the 20th century, it is possible to see several violations of the rights of different groups. This is the case of stateless people, who multiplied after the impacts of the two world wars. This situation has been examined by various intellectuals, Hannah Arendt being one of the most important. This project, therefore, aims to examine the relation between Arendt’s ideas and discussions about human rights, based on an analysis of one of the meanings of politics developed by the author: politics as freedom. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a philosophical study consisting of readings and analysis of the philosopher's main texts, as well as of Acer commentators. Thus, the hypothesis is that her diagnosis still applies to the living conditions of several expatriate groups in the 21st century. Here we will examine an emblematic case: the situation of the refugees refugees in the Calais camp in France.
