| Resumo: | The Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (EPT) is characterized by purposes and objectives that aim at the integral formation of the human being and is inserted in the public policies aimed at the formation of thinking and autonomous individuals and is not restricted to meeting the requirements of technical or specialized labor for the labor market. Its historical evolution was marked by several changes caused by a series of laws that changed its pedagogical conceptions and its scope. This fact had the apex of changes with the expansion from the creation of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education, object of Law nº 11.892/2008, which instituted the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology. In this scenario, the evolution of digital communication and information technologies (ICTs) associated with the exponential growth of e-learning culminated with the adhesion of the Federal Institutes to the Rede e-Tec Brasil Program, created by Decree nº 7,589/2011, " with the purpose of developing professional and technological education in the form of e-learning, expanding and democratizing the offer and access to public and free professional education in the country. In this sense, it is intended, with this work, to know how the historical construction of EPT took place in Brazil and, in this context, to carry out a historical approach of the Rede e-Tec Brasil Program at the Federal Institute of Northern Minas Gerais - IFNMG, identifying the means of implementing this policy in e-learning at the Institution. |
