Sumario:The clearance of blood lactate is fundamental for a good recovery. There are some studies that seek for showing the procedure more efficient to remove it, but anyone relate with the anaerobic threshold. The goal of this work it was study the lactate clearance in different percentages of the anaerobic threshold. 13 volunteers held the Wingate test after active recovery in 70% or 100% by 120 minutos where were collected the lactate after the maximum test, 10°, 20°, 30°, 60°, 90° and 120° minutes. The result for the G70 group were 1.39 ± 0.4; 12.2 ± 3.9; 6 ± 3.3; 4.9 ± 1; 3.2 ± 0.7; 1.8 ± 0.3; 1.57 ± 0.18 e 1.6 ± 0.5, and to the G100 were 1.92 ± 0.82; 10.8 ± 2.3; 8.7 ± 2.5; 4.9 ± 1.8; 3.6 ± 2; 2.2 ± 1.1; 1.76 ± 1 e 1.6 ± 0.8. We can conclude that were not differences at the lactate clearance using 70% and 100% of the anaerobic threshold.
