Sumario:The present study aims to present a literature review on accessible assessments, indirect tests of aerobic fitness in soccer athletes. Observing the scenario where a large part of the clubs do not have the infrastructure to perform direct gold standard tests (ergospirometry), the search for low-cost indirect methods is increasingly being explored. To assess aerobic fitness, within the literature, they have a wide range of protocols for measuring this variable. Based on this, the review presented the comparison of the results of several indirect and direct methods, with the objective of presenting the most suitable and reliable method for measuring this variable in an indirect way.
