As for the Contemporary systematization of the object of Constitutional Science its common to embrace this idea complemented by Konrad Hesses Normative Force of the Constitutions as a link between the Real Constitution and the Juridical Constitution. Thus, its imperative that the Constitution contemplate a concept of Globalization as a Real Factor of Power, since it inflects directly in the economic, politic and sociologic relations (cultural). In this sense is that put this work puts its self.
