Sumario:Gender equality is one of the great challenges that States must assume as the objective of guaranteeing it, which is hindered due to several factors such as cultural roots, among others. In this sense, in this document, through the inductive method, an analysis of the responsibility of guarantee by the State based on gender equality is carried out, which also focuses on an analysis of the current Covid-19 health crisis. In the end, it is concluded that there are still public policies that must be worked on for their objective guarantee.
