Resumo:The work presented describes the violence taken by the State’s agents against the poor people and shows how it’s vulgarized and naturalized. We take help in some theoretical discussions to inquire the use of word “bandido” (outlaw) in this vulgarization, discussing also the dehumanization character included in it and its concept’s use by Marx. Lastly, we discuss the invisibility that these crimes are left having as a consequence the impunity and its permanence maintaining dictatorship’s practices.
