| Resumo: | The present work arises as a result of the research project “The Political Category In 'For An Ontology Of Social Being' by György Lukács” funded by the Institutional Research Support Program (PAPq-UEMG), which analyzed the work of the philosopher Hungarian György Lukács, for: For an Ontology of the Social Being, in particular, the chapter devoted to the study of “The ideal and ideology”, in addition to the support of other sources. Notwithstanding, it was intended to understand the importance of the political category, with regard to the historical human development, that is, the effort to contribute to the updating of the understanding and influence that it presents in the development of the social being in its continuous process of development. reproduction.
