| Resumo: | This article aims to systematize the understanding of daseinsanalytical practice underlying the work of psychologist Bilê Tatit Sapienza through a literature review. After an introduction to the topic, we summarize the psychotherapeutic processes outlined by the author in her books. Then, we clarify the author’s understanding of daseinsanalytical therapy, the skills necessary for this clinical modality, and the patient’s existence in the light of the philosophical foundations that support it. We concluded that, throughout her work, Sapienza is concerned with preserving the seriousness of Daseinsanalysis. In her clinical propositions, she focuses on the formation of a genuine connection with each patient, favoring a bond that leads to new meanings, to the changing of one’s view, and the emergence of new possibilities for them to relate existence to their world. |
