| Sumario: | The paper presents an analysis of socioeconomic changes, productive and socio-bound waste stream based onthe experiences and work done through an extension project between the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperativesof the Federal University of São João del Rei and the associations and cooperatives of recyclable material collectors of themiddle region of the field slopes in Minas Gerais for joint development of a network of strategic alliances of recyclablematerial collectors. This extension project aims to increase the competitiveness of business in the market by increasingproduction and productivity of pickers sustainable, strategic and supportive. This paper aims to present and analyze theactions of that experience through methodological procedures as literature, documentary, action research, among others.The project is still in development, but some results have been possible and considerations such as the realization of eventswith the collectors, decision making and collective actions along the chain of waste. The consolidation of these alliances isto enable the construction of a solidarity network of information. It will be a strategic tool for strengthening the region ofassociations within the reverse supply chain post-consumption, to increase production and productivity of recycled materialand pointing ways to overcome difficulties that undertakings popular solidarity economy. |
