Sumario:The development of a technical and technological product (PTT) in the Professional Master's Degree is a requirement set by professional programs, and it is necessary for it to meet the categories and criteria defined in the Evaluation Form, prepared by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). It is in this context that this article aims to analyze the categories of technical and technological products, prepared from the dissertations produced in three postgraduate programs in the area of Education, with a specific focus on higher education management. The methodology used involved a bibliographic review, using scientific articles and publications, and a documentary survey of the dissertations and products in the sample. The results revealed that the 43 products identified are distributed into three categories, with 74.4% belonging to the category of “Development of teaching materials”. It is concluded that the lack of diversity of categories represents a limiting factor for the development of the area.
