| Sumario: | The Portuguese Language makes possible numerous studies in the field of Law. In this way, the present work has the objective of revealing, briefly, if in the civil petitions the pronoun is used correctly. To investigate how lawyers employ such a pronoun, documentary research was applied. Ten (10) petitions were filed, filed in 2016 and 2017 in the 3rd Civil Court of the Federal District Court and Territories - Judicial District of Ceilândia. It could be concluded that a considerable amount of occurrences of the unstressed oblique pronoun was in conformity with the vernacular. |
