| Sumario: | The education is a social complex which fulfills the primordial function in the reproduction of the social relations. It is configured as a field of constant disputes in the class struggle. In this sense, the partnerships among public and private, represent the bourgeoisie’s necessity of keeping under control the education destined to the workers’ children. The present article has as focus the movement entitled Todos pela Educação (“All for the Education”) and the educational project native from this movement. The TPE, as it got known, is nothing greater than a bourgeoisie project for the public education. To understand how this project was organized and what it pleads, we sought to understand the political, economic and social context in which it was produced. Moreover, we sought to capture the interests from these businessmen related to the private initiative for the Brazilian public education and what represents the Todos pela Educação movement in the current political and economic conjuncture. We utilized as theoretical and methodological fundament the Historical-Dialectical Materialism and the authors who write in this perspective. |
