| Sumario: | Mobility in big cities is presented as agenda topic these days and in this scenario, the bike stands out for its ease of displacement, time optimization, practice of physical activity, quality of life, cost, minimizing pollution etc. However, one should not disregard its use over the years for leisure, a fact that has contributed to the increase in cycling in the world and country. This document assumes that the city of Niteroi has adequate space to conduct tours with bicycle use and identifies the city of Rio de Janeiro as the main emitter center. Thus, the field research was conducted among recreational cyclists aiming to identify the variable that does not influence the realization of the route. It was found that many respondents had previously held the cycling route, but answered that not know about the existence of the route. Soon, was identified the absence of information about cycling in the Niterói city. |
