Sumario:The article raises the relationship between digital fashion design and the consumption of the fashion product. Through a descriptive and qualitative research sought to understand the current scenario of fashion consumption, how this scenario promotes the development of digital fashion design and finally how the latter can guide to an ethically responsible consumption in fashion. As well as, through case examples, demonstrate how the digitalization of fashion processes has been happening for some time and how these present ways to address the harmful effects caused to the environment.
