| Resumo: | This text talks about the use of WhatsApp and Zoom Meetings in collecting data for a doctoral research, based on a qualitative approach based on digital parenting. Technological platforms are ubiquitous in society and, as such, also in scientific research. If, on the one hand, the qualitative researcher already equipped himself with tools that help him with data analysis, on the other hand, he also began to use different platforms to collect data in qualitative research. However, entering the field is not free from challenges and ethical dilemmas that the researcher must be aware of, even more so with the use of digital platforms in data collection. |
