Description
Summary:INTRODUCTION: Manually generating learning paths is a severe barrier to the continued adoption of personalized learning due to the long time required to create them and correct errors generated. OBJECTIVE: To describe the development of an automation process for creating learning trails for a platform for qualification and continuous assessment of healthcare professionals, more specifically, nurses. METHOD: The platform uses virtual simulation with content based on active methodologies, initially focused on generating virtual training on port-a-cath and peripheral catheter puncture techniques. RESULTS: After generating the trail, tests were carried out to verify its relevance and adequacy to the established criteria. CONCLUSION: With automation, in addition to improving results, it was possible to promote adoption among corporate training professionals in the hospital area.
