Sumario:One of the biggest challenges for the future of the humanity is to make available health services for all living creatures of this planet. For all Brazilians are not different with a formed complex of pharmaceutical industries, hospital equipments companies, hospitals, clinics, ambulatories, etc, would be possible to make available health for all brazilians. Although, for this kind of valid system, is necessary more than good will, it is necessary to renew: rethink the basic purposes (rendered services) of an institution and imagine a different form and efficient to accomplish. Surpassing its stability, the actual national hospital structures are suffering strong demands for quality on its services and generalizing an increase of its cost. In reason of, these institutions shouldn‘t take this as a threat, but as an opportunity to increase and grow along its real possibility to build a fair society. And these are the dissertation purposes described based on an innovation theory, occasionally the changing process for these innovations (technologic and management) effected on the productive pattern of companies and its connections with outnumbered transformations that comes occurring on the brazilian hospital sectors. To explore these hypotheses of its implemented innovations in the last few years they have not been conjunctive to become an essential factor on the actual context of hospital sectors a study was concluded on hospital cases (Philanthropic) Márcio Cunha (HMC) done on the borough of Ipatinga/MG. The main objective was identify to see in fact if there was innovations on the institution and if in case there was, analyze mainly the principal innovations that proportioned the best financial results and principally the best results in quality and care of the given services for the Metropolitan Region of Steel Valley (Vale do Aço) in the borough of Minas Gerais. to analyze and identify the best financial results and best care and quality given to the metropolitan region of Vale do Aço (Steel Valley) state of Minas Gerais, being that this hospital distinguishes on a context of precarious financial and techniques, presenting good performance related to terms of provided services and on terms of financial results.
