Given the historical importance of the work and compositional innovations by Xenakis, this important solo has been widely presented since its composition, resulting in very distinct performances. However, after searching for related studies and analyzing performances, it was observed that some of the interpretive possibilities inherent to the score have been little explored. In order to speculate on such possibilities, this study sought, through a musical analysis combined with performance practices, to propose instrumentation and techniques that could enable the interpretation of the different meanings attributed to the accents in Psappha, poorly explored until now. As a result of this study, I will present considerations concerning the various nalyses of the work and performance records studied. Moreover, I will share further notes, possibilities and technical solutions devised from personal interpretive studies.O objetivo central desta dissertação é fazer um levantamento de possibilidades interpretativas em Psappha, de Iannis Xenakis, obra escrita para percussão múltipla solo cuja partitura gráfica, juntamente com as instruções apresentadas na nota explicativa, fornece diversas aberturas para a participação do intérprete. Devido à importância histórica da obra e às inovações composicionais de Xenakis, desde sua estreia este importante solo tem sido amplamente apresentado, demonstrando em suas performances resultados bastante distintos. Entretanto, após pesquisa de inúmeros trabalhos relacionados e análise de diversas performances, observou-se que algumas possibilidades interpretativas inerentes à partitura ainda foram pouco exploradas. Com objetivo de especular sobre tais liberdades, esta pesquisa buscou, através de uma análise musical aliada a estudos de performance, propor instrumentações e técnicas de execução que viabilizassem sobretudo a interpretação dos diferentes significados atribuídos às notas acentuadas em Psappha, até hoje pouco explorados.Como resultado desta pesquisa, apresento considerações relativas às diversas análises da obra e aos registros de performance estudados.
