Sumario:The purpose of this article is to discuss accessibility for the deaf in a documentary, considering the parameters of the area, with regard to the Libras window and Subtitling for the Deaf and Deaf, and deaf consulting, based on a reception study with representatives of the deaf community. The type of research is part of the case study of the qualitative and interpretive approach. This research may allow the study object of translation and interpretation in Libras and subtitling for the deaf and deaf in audiovisual to be investigated in an interpretive way and close to a set of real facts that underwrite the context of accessibility of audiovisual resources for deaf people. The results revealed the importance of deaf consulting in audiovisual, as the deaf consultant can guide and work with other accessibility professionals as well as translation and interpretation in Libras.
