| Sumario: | Based on Paulo Preciado's Countersexual Manifesto, the article aims to analyze the relationship between gender norms and legal norms in the light of studies in the field of gender and sexuality and to analyze the effects of this double standard on the escaped bodies. The work suggests legal norms and norms of gender are not surprising because the way in which we construct our epistemic access of the world is based on hierarchical, binary and dichotomous truths that both reiterate and legitimize. In this sense, we seek to think of dildotopia as an epistemic threat to destabilize such standardized locus of knowledge. |
