| Sumario: | This experience report focuses on gathering information about the tutor's role in Distance Education (DE) as a promoter of affectivity, advisor and motivator in the collaborative learning process in a discussion forum. It is a qualitative, exploratory and direct analysis research, with theoretical support in the Quality References (BRAZIL, 2007) and in other official documents, as well as in studies by authors that deal with online tutoring and mediation. It should be noted that the expansion of distance education and its quality, in the pedagogical process, is possible through the insertion of new technologies and also through the good performance of the tutors. |
