Descripción
Sumario:This research aimed to identify the relationship among teachers’ mental health and emotional intelligence and their burnout. The population consisted of Zanjan high school teachers (n=450). A sample of 208 teachers was selected using random sampling method. Data was collected using Goldberg’s mental health questionnaire, Maslach & Jackson’s burnout questionnaire and Bar-On’s emotional intelligence questionnaire. Researcher used structural equation modeling and regression analysis methods for data analysis. The results showed that there is a relationship among teachers’ mental health and emotional intelligence and dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, inefficiency and depersonalization and pessimism).
