| Sumario: | This case portrays the fictitious dilemma between business partners related to the internationalization of the startup AI for Real, presenting two countries with potential for international expansion, in which each country follows a different theoretical current. This teaching case presents, through the dilemma, two theoretical currents of internationalization, in this case, the economic current and the behavioral current based on the Uppsala school. The case is designed for disciplines related to the firm internationalization at the postgraduate level, addressing the different currents as well as the entry, export, and subsidiary establishment modes linked to each country defended by the partners. |
